3. User Obligations and Eligibility

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for all services (PUC, Insurance, or Financial). You acknowledge that inaccurate information may lead to:

• Invalidation of your PUC certificate.
• Rejection or cancellation of your insurance policy or claim.
• Rejection of a loan or application.

3.3 Lawful Use

You agree to use the MIFS service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

4. Specific Service Conditions

4.1 Insurance and Disclaimer

MIFS acts as a facilitator and intermediary. We do not underwrite insurance policies or grant loans. All products and insurance policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party insurer or institution. You are responsible for reviewing their full documentation.

4.2 PUC Service

The issuance of a PUC certificate is solely dependent on the vehicle passing the required emission tests as per government standards. Payment for the PUC service is for the testing and certificate issuance process, regardless of whether the vehicle passes or fails.

5. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

Fees for services (including PUC testing fees, insurance premiums, and service charges) are clearly stated at the point of sale. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account.

• Insurance Premiums: All premiums are passed on to the insurer and are subject to their refund and cancellation policies.
• Services: Fees for loan processing or advisory services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the application submitted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the MIFS website or used in connection with our services are the property of MIFS or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
